Here is what an example entry may sound like:

Hi, I'm Michelle, my son is a 2027 wide receiver in Texas. Before I read this book, we had no idea where to start. We paid for a recruiting service, sent a bunch of emails, and got nothing back. Honestly we thought maybe he just wasn't good enough. Then I read the Playbook and realized we were doing everything backwards. The biggest thing was learning how to actually get film in front of the right coaches instead of just blasting it everywhere. Within about three weeks of doing it the right way, two coaches responded and he earned his first camp invite. He is way more confident now and actually owns the process himself. If you are a football parent and you feel lost, read this book. It is the first thing that made sense to us.
